"Poor reception services"

Despite the fact I was in severe pain in reception and waited minutes only when a complaint was made by a friend did someone put me in a wheelchair and take me to a separate room. Where I waited there for 10 minutes before anyone came to take details etc despite telling them at reception on presentation what had happened and what the problem was- i.e. A dislocation

I did not see a doctor at any time at Otley and was very glad to be transferred by ambulance to Harrogate where the service was excellent at all stages.
