What I liked
The A&e doctors are excellent. Very professional and respectful.
What could be improved
Not one but TWO cleaners came into a&e looked at the dried blood and dust & sweet wrappers under the seats and walked off. An hour later still no attempt had been made to clean the place. Yet they managed to wander around chatting!!
Employ staff who take pride in their work and actually do what they get paid for. If this dept was visited by health inspectors today I'm sure it would be closed on the spot.
