An excellent level of care and support is evident at the day centre on an ongoing basis. Particular care is taken noting the age and health level of the attendees.

The environment is excellent. A fantastic facility that is kept clean, safe and in first class condition by the staff.

Staff are well trained and excel in their jobs. They are professional and friendly with a special attention to details when dealing with centre attendees.

I feel the service is managed very well. Staff are friendly and polite and clearly understand their roles and responsibilities. Communication at all times have been very easy either by phone or direct meetings. Well done to all concerned! !

Dear harv,

Many thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us about our new day service in Largs.

As you would imagine, it is extremely heartening for us to hear such positive feedback especially for a service that is in it's infancy.

A lot of time was spent at the design stage to make sure we got the layout correct and that the centre was going to be both fit for purpose and future proof - we are confident that we have achieved those goals.

I am glad that you have found the staff to be helpful and that they have kept communication levels open and I will pass on your comments to them.
