(as a relative),

I'm very pleased with the care and support my mum receives it's just a pity she can't have more than one day's care a week.

The day centre is in a lovely new building and the facilities are great.

The staff are all very happy and caring.

I'm very happy with the management side, they even phone if someone can't make it on their day so mum can take their place for the day.

Many thanks for taking the time to get in touch with us regarding your mums experiences of the new day service in Largs.

I will pass on your comments about the service and how it is run to the staff within the centre and they will be encouraged to hear that their efforts are assisting in addressing your mums needs.

I hope that circumstances soon allow for the extra day to be available for your mum and that she continues to enjoy the time she spends at the centre.
