Today I went to the endoscopy unit at airedale hospital for a cystoscopy . I was really nervous about the procedure but all the staff: reception,nurses ,cystoscopist were very kind ,professional and supportive. The member of staff was really helpful explaining the process .
The actual team were skilled,professional ,kind and thorough. I felt that I was in really safe hands. Also I received notes and clear instructions before I left the unit
