"Cancellations of clinics at last minute"

I only wish this hospital could get their act together.

Both my daughters have Crohn's disease and yet again clinics have been cancelled literally the week before their appointments.

I can understand that staffing problems can cause this but they have to wait months for appointments in the first place and it is very disappointing to get a cancellation at the last minute and then have to wait another 9 weeks before they can be seen.
