I would like to thank the Royal Liverpool Bereavement Office, one member of staff in particular, for your compassion and explanation of everything with the passing of my mum on the 14th December. You were very kind to my brother and I and I will never forget the way you investigated the initial misplacement of her belongings and getting these back to us so quickly. You are a huge asset to your profession and I can't thank you enough for putting me at ease the way you did.
