What I liked
The reception staff at A&E were efficient and outlined the likely waiting time. The nurse was polite. The waiting area was clean.
What could be improved
The doctor who saw me was rude, angry and his behaviour unjustified. He then walked out of the room and provided no assistance as to where to leave the area. I was shocked by his lack of professionalism. I had simply followed the instructions of my local surgery - which was to visit A&E in case my condition was serious.
Anything else?
Doctors need to remember they are dealing with people - seems a strange job choice if you dislike people!
