"Urology Department and Operation"

Urology department and op.

Arrived yesterday 21st December 2015 - day surgery.

From the first time in the department I could see that it was very clean and reception was very orderly, and welcoming.

Moving into the ward area again very orderly and pragmatic, organised and also welcoming.

My nurse for the day was lovely very engaging and light, chatty and funny which helped take away my nerves.

The surgical team were very informative and polite.

The initial care team going into surgery kept me informed all the way and down I went.

Back with the after care team my nurse there was delightful again very friendly and warm.

Back in the ward I was given tea and toast, which was lovely. Again, my day nurse was great.

I couldn't have wanted for more. Thank you to the staff and NHS.

Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. - by the by - my op went well and i'm fine this morning.
