I called the IBD helpline 5 times over the past 3 months and non of my calls were returned.
I visited the doctor last week who did not wash his hands before or after examining me. He asked me a question and as I was answering began to talk to the nurse about the staff on duty. I felt he was not listening to my answer. I had to then repeat this info when he had stooped talking to the nurse.
