"Not at all to private hospital standards"

I have unfortunately had to visit this hospital a number of times over the last 2 months for assessments and 2 procedures. A few days after the first procedure I was rushed to Swindons Great Western as there was not a suitable doctor available to speak to out of hours at the Ridgeway. After the second procedure I have had to visit my doctor and have an infection treated. Although a number of the nursing team were great, some were a real concern and didn't seem to know what they were doing, the rooms felt grubby and on my second procedure the room smelt so bad on arrival we had to open the windows wide.

Having visited other private hospitals I would not recommend this one at all.
