"Friendly, competent and professional staff put..."

The staff at RFH were friendly, competent and professional and inspired confidence as well as letting us feel that they really cared about us. I visited A&E last night and the Emergency Gynaecology Unit this morning with my girlfriend with a suspected miscarriage and we were seen very quickly and efficiently. The staff were calm and respectful and gave us just the info we needed in a timely way. I was expecting to be kept waiting for hours, but the entire appointment was concluded in 90 minutes from arriving at the unit in both cases. I'd recommend this hospital to anyone.
