I went to A and E
I waited 4 hours to get my blood test result the nurse refused to tell me their name and hid their name badge from me while other workers circled them so I couldn't right down their name badge. I was having extremely bad chest pains and had no help what so ever I was brought to tears 4 hours of pain. 4 hours later my results were back the junior doctor who saw me didn't even read my notes the doctor said why are you here today I explained and I also said check my notes then the doctor read them! I asked about my blood test the doctor said it was fine I said are you sure! My chest pain and fast heart beats are pain and have been ongoing for two weeks!
The doctor then said they have not looked yet and will take a look! Then the doctor cane back and said there fine we don't know what's wrong the doctor said you don't need a chest x ray and rushed me out!
I was in tears!
A week later my results haven't been forwarded to my GP I called the hospital they denied me being on record what the hell worst hospital in London serious some investigations and checks need to be done in the A and E department of Kingston hospital
"Very rude and unhelpful workers"
