"Visit to A&E"

I visited A&E @ Lister on Saturday 20th December with a bruised & swollen foot & ankle. On arrival I was checked in by a friendly receptionist. I was then seen by the triage nurse who was just great! The nurse put me in a wheelchair and pushes me to the minors dept, where the lovely member of staff took me to X-ray. The radiographer made me feel at ease and took time to study my X-ray before I saw a Dr.
All in all I couldn't fault my experience and would like to say thank you to all staff at Lister.
