(as the patient),

Our son has improved steadily throughout the months attending his speech and language sessions. He is now more understandable and able to communicate better with school teachers, friends and family.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very pleased to hear that your son’s speech and language skills have improved. It is our aim to ensure that children are able to effectively communicate with their family, friends and teachers and that this improvement will lead to improved confidence and the ability to take part and achieve in school, friendships and family relationships. It is great to hear that your son is well on his way to achieving this.
