"Lovely staff at the blood clinic"

Having had o have tons of blood taken at the minute I seem to be there every week and can't praise the staff enough. I am never left waiting too long and when in for the appointment the nurses are really friendly and chatty but professional at the same time :-)

The receptionist has also managed to find me an appointment at short notice when needed squeezing me in so overall brilliant service.
