Answered by the receptionist who had a rude attitude. Call went like this: - Them- "Hello"

Me " Is this the Calvert Lane Doctor's Surgery? "

Them " Yes"

Me " Could I order a repeat Prescription please? "

Them: "What do you want"

Me " A repeat prescription Please"

Them: " yes, but what? "

What ever happened to the professional, friendly approach they advertise on their website? I was made to feel like an imposition. Not good enough.
