What I liked

The professionalism and friendly caring attitude shown by all staff in Ward 34. I attended for a back operation and was truly impressed by one and all in this particular ward from non medical staff to the most senior of doctors. It certainly helps with recovery.

What could be improved

Nothing as far as my stay was concerned.

Anything else?

If standards throughout James Cook University Hospital match those of Ward 34 and its staff then I offer my congratulations to all concerned for a job well done.
