About: Advocacy Support Cymru University Hospital Llandough

(as the patient),

big thanks to Theresa and Claire

I just do not know what I would have done without my two angels, I prayed every day and what a miracle you came along and gave me hope. I was scared of what would happen to me. I thought I would die. Confined to the psychiatric hospital for life for me. I was telling the truth. I did not know why I was in hospital until the 8th week, You believed me and gave me moral support and the right information about being held against my will. What a shock to someone my age 80 years old. I did not know anyone in wales.

I was so alone until you both came along, you gave me hope I felt you were on my side. I was held for 28 days on section 2, this was again confusing to be held for that amount of time. After the tribunal of 2 days, I was released. I would never want my ordeal to happen to anyone else. So call for the special angels and they will always help. Will never forget you. God bless you always
