"So friendly and helpful."

About: St Lukes Hospital (Bradford)

I was very happy with every member of staff I encountered. They were all more than helpful which was greatly appreciated. The hospital is like a maze! But the staff made it easy and actually took me to where I needed to be rather than pointing for example. I left feeling more than satisfied with my treatment and armed with the knowledge that something would be done to help me. A feeling I had forgotten

Hospitals can often be like a maze, as staff we get used to knowing where to go and can often forget what it must be like for our patients, who are often anxious in the first place. It is lovely feedback and I will share with the team in Cardiology at St Luke’s Hospital, thank you.
