The friendliness of the staff and genuine interest in your wellbeing.
Anything else?
The best NICU at such a traumatic time, us and our baby we were treated amazingly

Pleased to hear that our NICU staff looked after you and yours so well. They're a great bunch and have deservedly just been voted Team of the Year by Nursing Times. We'll pass your comment on to the unit.
