What I liked

I have always been to RFH for both my pregnancies and this time for mt son's tonsillectomy, He was treated really well, everything was timely and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful as always. The only biggest problem not only parking( really expensive) also during pick up the patient has to walk fora bit ..If there is a quick pick up point for discharged patients it might make RFH 100% complain free!!

What could be improved

The parking facilities, drop off and pick up points for discharged patients close to the entrances and exits for ease of the recovering patients, especially on very cold days.!! Parking by the meter for the visitors is expensive too.
