I have had the most positive and fantastic experience. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. The hospital was extremely clean and I felt very reassured about my pending operation. Can I please mention one member of staff as a stand out. They treated me like gold. Their bed side manner and communication is impeccable. I felt so safe in their hands. What a credit to your hospital and the NHS. Thank you for making my operation and hospital stay a happy and pleasant experience. I shall pass my positive experience on through social media.
