I was recently a patient of Larch AB.
The nursing and ancillary staff were beyond reproach....caring and helpful and even returned an item which I inadvertently left behind.Please give them my thanks
However the medical staff appeared disorganised and unhelpful particularly the discharging doctor who was arrogant and dismissive of my persistent pain.I was given no advice on further treatment...just told I was discharged!

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the Trust and I am sorry it was mixed.
I am very sorry you experienced a poor attitude from the medical staff and in particular from the discharging doctor. I would welcome the opportunity to look into this further for you but will need some further details. If you would like me to investigate this further so no other patient experiences the same attitude, please contact me via the complaints team and I will be happy to speak to you.
I am delighted you had excellent care from the nursing and ancillary staff, I will pass your comments to the ward sister and the Matron for sharing with the team.
