"Endoscopy"

After going to the endoscopy unit to have the procedure done, I could not praise the staff enough, from reception who were so helpful and efficient to the nurses and the doctor and surgery staff who were all so great, Sadly I could not go through with my procedure on the 17th as I got very upset and anxious in the room when I was about to have it done but they were great with me they all helped to calm me down and really looked after me. The lovely doctor and lovely staff who were in that room I would like to thank and praise them for the job they do as they not only deal with the job in hand but are also very good with anxious people which goes a long way.
