My 90 year old mother was admitted this morning following a fall.

The treatment she received was efficient, professional and compassionate with every attention being paid to her well-being.

The staff kept me fully informed of what was happening and, following confirmation that my mother had broken her hip, ensured that I was made fully aware of the possible courses of treatment.

Though the department became increasingly busy, staff were generous with their time and attended to my mother's needs.

We should count ourselves very fortunate to have such a high quality service available to us in Bolton.
