I had to wait about 30 minutes to be seen but a nurse came to apologise as did the Doctor when I got in to see him.
I would rather wait, knowing that I would be with the Doctor as long as I need, than being rushed through the appointment.
Everyone is very friendly and helpful, which is exactly what's needed in what can be an anxious situation.
