"waste of time"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

Total waste of time they carnt even be bothered to pick the phone up I was calling for over half an hour before someone could be bothered to answer the phone only to be told they won't see me go and clog the A&E up for over and hour to get them to get me an appointment to see the eye clinic or a doctors appointment which would take over a week what a joke and a bunch of idiots.i suffer from iritis had it 8 times I only wanted some drops for it but no that would be to easy way wait a week and go blind instead.i am now having to use some maxidex eye drops that are 6 months out of date and painfull making my eyes sting I have no choice they won't see me

Dear anonymous,

Thank you for taking the time to post your feedback, it is clear you are frustrated by what you see as a lack of care and understanding on our part.

Because your comments have been posted anonymously, it is not possible for me to tell whether you are an existing patient in the care of the Eye Clinic, or whether you have been discharged from the clinic’s care following a previous diagnosis and treatment. This would have an effect on the advice you were given and the pathway that has to be taken before you receive further treatment.
