"Receptionist very rude"

I called up between 1- 1.15 am and told the receptionist that i was coughing up blood and short of breath and how long is waiting they said i dont know and put the phone down on me.i was only asking so i can go to different one if very busy.Extremely rude staff and unacceptable behaviour of aspecially on reception?
