"Excellent in patient care"

Had an tonsillectomy. Had to wait a mere two weeks to see a lovely consultant and once surgery was agreed was able to see all the nurses for pre op stuff that day and get a date for survey within two weeks when I had been expecting a 3 month wait! On the day the nurses looked after me wonderfully before and after as did the anethetists who put my nerves at ease. I was very sick overnight but the staff were efficient on the ward and looked after me well. I knew exactly what to expect and my painkillers and what to eat ect was all fully described when I left. Excellent care
