About: Altrincham General Hospital

Someone needs to look at the information and lack of it for Altrincham hospital on the website

As a first time user taking my mother who has mobility problems and dementia to audiology,

There is no audiology listed in the departments link list

It is under ear nose and throat

The google map for Altrincham embedded in the Trafford hospitals shows the hospital as being on Greenwood St

There are no floor plans or information as to where to go to get to audiology

There is no information As to availability of wheelchairs from drop off at kerb to the department / walking distances lifts etc.

At wiythenshawe there are wheelchairs for hire at the door. Are there at Altrincham.?

This will take two of us to get to the appointment as one will have to park the car somewhere

On one page Trafford hospitals show Only three hospitals -trafford general, Stratford memorial and nothing about Altrincham

I go to this appointment with many questions yet to be answered and no idea of what to expect

And there is no box to cater for "not yet visited" on this feedback form

In response to your comment, I confirm that Altrincham Hospital is listed under Trafford Hospital on the Central Manchester University Hospital Website. Altrincham Hospital Audiology Department is then listed alphabetically on the website, with an option for Adults and Children’s Audiology services.
