Once again a first class service from JRH Neurosurgery. The staff are extremely helpful, polite and knowledgable and made me feel welcome and relaxed. From the hotel services up they go that extra mile. My treatment once again was world class and frankly I wouldn't go anywhere else and thats why i travel here from the other side of wiltshire. The doctors and consultants talk tomyou like a human being and frankly there is no difference between here or private care. A1JRH as usual!

Thank you so much for providing this lovely feedback. It is great to hear that your experiences of Neurology team are so positive that you would travel that distance for your treatment. We aim to provide excellent care with compassion, which includes, as you mention, treating patients as human beings and individuals, making them feel welcome and at ease. It is wonderful to learn that the neurology team were so professional and caring; we will certainly pass this feedback on to them.
