I attended the day surgery on 16 December for a routine hernia operation.

I am writing to thank all concerned for the quality of care which I received and everything they did to make my short stay as comfortable and stress free as possible.

I have nothing but praise for the efficient administration, the nursing care both pre- and post-operation, and the all medial team in the operating theatre. Please convey my sincere thanks and gratitude to Dt and team and I am only sorry that my deep sleep prevented me from thanking them personally.

In summary the staff were courteous, caring , efficient and highly professional. A credit to the NHS.
