What I liked
We would kile to place on record the excellent service received at the Grantham Hospital.
Appointment time was punctual.
Staff extremely polite - helpful and caring.
Premises spotlessly clean.
Lunch in the restaurant - 1st class.
What could be improved
Telling people infection rates & Doctors success & failure rates.
Anything else?
League tables of Surgeons success and failures - as done in USA - so patients san compare before operations.
