What I liked

My consultant, was very professional, considerate and involved me in the decisions, the consultant was punctual and my operation went smoothly. My ward, B4, was cleaned daily the food was hot and edible. The nurses were excellant, especially the theatre staff. The consultant and team were excellant and i couldnt rank them higher. I was also seen by another Doctor who was also very professional, I was seen on time and given results in a dignified considerate manner.

My operation was a success and i have had follow up appointments made regularly, I have been to dressing clinic which was also run by nurses and they were fantastic and very busy, but again time was spent when i was seen i was made to feel important.

What could be improved

nothing my experience of russells hall are very positive

I feel the consultant and team, the Doctor and the staff on B4 and max fax clinic were brilliant and i would recommend them to another patient.
