"Disgrace"

About: Royal Stoke University Hospital

My father has been in ward 109 for many weeks now.

He has been neglected and I am outraged about his lack of care.

The patients buzz and no one comes.

He is almost blind but they leave his tablets on a table and don't tell him they are there.

I have found his warfarin on the floor and when asked the nurses just say throw them away and don't replace them.

He was almost transferred but he was severely dehydrated so the home would not take him.

The list goes on and on. I would not let them look after a dog never mind humans.

This hospital is a disgrace!
