on ward 35

two of the staff were above excellent

What could be improved

just ocassnally one or two of staff forget who they are and become over superior and bossy

FOOD served on ward is crap somtimes inedable

i had to go to the resturant to actually get aplate of food i could eat

staff informed me they scrap away food left rather than return the full plates of untouched so called dinners

as tey get into trouble is food is left

SO WHAT return the comments we leave ad the horrid food left

themanagers and cooks are not getting true picture of patient disatisfaction

and not the same as in the cafe just a near comparison to the homecooking quality would be acceptable

geting a specialist menu is out of the question

the shower facilities in the nearside gated shower unit on ward 35 are STILL BROKEN and smelly OCTOBER to NOVEMBER

Anything else?

STOP THE STAFF FROM HAVING CONVERSATIONS OVER THE PATIENTS

and not paying attention to the client

STOP THE MEN WANDERING AROUND THE WARDS ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT
