Thank you so much for taking time out of your busy schedule as a new parent to inform me of the positive birth experience you had when your baby was born. Within our service we endeavour to give high quality care and feedback is always very welcome. It is very encouraging for staff when such positive comments are received. It makes me very proud as Head of Midwifery / Directorate Manager to receive feedback and comment such as yours. I would like to take this opportunity to wish you and your family the very best of health and happiness for the future.
