"Caring experience"

About: Royal Blackburn Hospital

Had an appointment today for a punch biopsy. Specialist nurse concerned and brought new consultant in to check me over before they did the biopsy. I couldn't have asked to see a nicer, more professional, caring person if I'd have chosen myself. Much better than the off hand officious consultant who I saw a couple of weeks previously. I came out feeling a lot happier about my conditions than when I'd arrived. The nursing staff and auxiliary were also very kind and put me at ease. A very positive experience.
