Not much. Waited far too long although there were few people there.

What could be improved

The hospital was filthy. We were summoned to cubicle 2 in the A&E, where there was ointment smeared on the Doctor's desk, and dried blood all over the floor. We were then taken into another room for my daughter to be shown how to use crutches. There was dried blood all over the floor in there too!!!! No WONDER desease is rife in that place! How obscene! When I alerted a nurse to the mess on the floor, they said "Er....yeah....I'll seef I can find a domestic to sort it ok?" half an hour later, the blood was still there, and they expected my daughter to walk up and down on it while learning to walk with crutches, with one foot bare!

I am utterly appalled. Disgusted. The management at the BRI ought to be at least ashamed, and at best disciplined.

Anything else?

I am going to take this complaint to the highest possible level.
