"Ward 5 Day Patient"

Came on to the ward for a knee arthroscopy. This is an incredibly busy ward as two sets of patients are processed for morning and then afternoon operations. Despite its business at no time did I feel like a number. All the staff on the ward and at theatre were kind and gave as much time as needed. I felt very well cared for- thank you to all concerned.

Ward 5 is a busy area and it is great to know that you did not feel like a number and that you were well cared for, it is the standard we expect for all our patients.
