Receptionists, doctors and staff members were lovely although they did not solve my problem. I believe there is too much time and money spend and not enough results.
The doctor checked my ear, agreed that its blocked by excess of ear wax. Recommended to keep using (already been used for a week) ear drops and referred my to see specialist. In 2 months time.
On NHS Choices they mentioned ear irrigation, micro-suction or aural toilet what could be performed by a nurse without bothering so many expensive doctors.
Whole service was lovely but it involved way to many people, time, confusion, probably money, bureaucracy and generated unnecessary fuss.
