What I liked
I am a patient of several doctors on the third floor. Firstly, even before seeing a doctor, the friendliness and helpfulness of the reception staff sets you at east. The fact that all the doctors and staff remember your name and know why you are seeing them without having to read through your notes is indicative of the quality of care received at this hospital. Furthermore, the doctors communicate with each other about you. They always have time to discuss the problems with you.
What could be improved
The only thing that could be improved is an increase in the number of doctors, as sometimes the waiting list is very long.
Anything else?
If all hospitals had the same atmosphere, ambience and level of care seen here, I'm sure there'd be fewer sick patients in the UK.
