About: Derriford Hospital

my friend is a patient at the moment. I have contacted the hospital twice and have been very impressed by the telephonist and a ward clerk on both occasions. When a parcel I sent my friend had to be signed for in the post room, they phoned me to say it had arrived.

Small touches, I know, but first impressions matter and good manners and charm cost nothing.
