During my daughters recent admission to give birth to my grandson she developed serious health problems. Initially dealt with in theatre but when she detiorated the staff from the delivery unit called in more specialist help and under a cardiologist she was transferred to critical care. Throughout this traumatic time she and the family were kept well informed and given time to organise the care of baby.

We were all very impressed with the professionalism by all staff at every level and their calm reassurance during a stressful time . She made a good recovery and was reunited with baby after 2 days.

Thank you for taking the time to feedback. I am so sorry to hear what happened to your daughter but pleased to hear the staff kept you reassured during such a difficult time. We are always very grateful for feedback and it is a real boost to our staff to be told that they are providing good quality care. I am glad to hear your daughter made a good recovery.
