"Over 4 h in a dirty waiting room"

and I still have not seen a doctor. Arrived 10;:50pm with awfully painful abdominal pains (and already with a disgnosed pneumonia).

I have lived and worked in many European countries but can positively say the the NHS service has been the worse. Not to mention the dirt ty waiting room, with two piles of what has looked like vomit covered with tissues, no cleaning staff entered for the duratio of my waiting time here (over 4 h!) and would rather not mention the state of the toilets.
