"ESAU and Flaunden brilliant"

I had emergency gall bladder surgery and have to say I received great care from the ESAU staff and the Flaunden team. They were working up against difficult situations and although stressed at times, they were still caring towards patients. Can't thank the Flaunden staff enough.
