About: The Great Western Hospital

I visited as an outpatient the Renal Unit and the Haemotology Department.

I was extremely nervous but all the staff (Medical and Clerical) were so caring and understood how I was feeling and did their best to help me.

I was not rushed and things were clearly explained to me.

I left feeling so much more informed and relaxed about my condition.
