What I liked

Everything about the hospital and ALL of the staff. Nothing was too much trouble and when the first treatment was unsuccessful I was seen again without a prior appointment and a second course of treatment instituted at once. Other hospital could learn a great deal from Newark in respect of patient care and treatment. What a pity that the NHS cannot afford to expand this hospital - they KNOW how to treat people.

What could be improved

Car Parking!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anything else?

I found all of the staff delightful to speak to, extremely helpful and considerate. I have never encountered such a relaxed and helpful attitude in ANY other hospital. My visit was to the ENT department but my wife who is currently awaiting knee replacement surgery ehoes my thoughts and feelings too.
