What I liked

Most nursing staff are helpfull but often ignored by consultants

What could be improved

Consultant manners. The person I saw was very arrrogant and aloof! Politeness costs nothing but is so effective

Anything else?

Parking is a pain but that is the story at most UK hospitals. Better information which is personal to a patient rather than generic leaflets.
